We have to admit – if you don’t know San Diego very well the first time you come to the store can be a challenge! For the natives and long time residents of San Diego many of us didn’t even know the beginning of Rosecrans is NOT actually Rosecrans – its Camino Del rio West (don’t confuse this with Mission Valley as you’ll be about 5 miles from the store).

And if you are from out of town you will get lost for sure! Our directions are precise and driven by us just to make sure you don’t get lost! Of course once you’ve visited our 5,000 sq ft store you’ll find your way back again and again without any trouble at all!

Best advice – Print this page if it’s your first visit to SYL.

If you live to the North of the Point Loma, Mission Bay area: 5 South Exit Rosecrans Street Go down 2 lights to Kurtz Street and make a U-Turn. Come back up 2 blocks on Camino del Rio West. We're on the right hand side next to B&L Bikes (Formerly the Piano Exchange and The Candle Factory).
If you live to the South of the Point Loma, Downtown area: 5 North Exit Pacific Highway Go down to your third light - Rosecrans St and turn Left (Perry's Breakfast is on the corner) Go under the freeway and make your 2nd right on Moore Street. Go to the end of Moore, (there's a stop sign) and make a right. We're immediately on the right hand side next to B&L Bikes (Formerly the Piano Exchange and The Candle Factory).
If you live to the East of the Point Loma, Mission Bay area: 8 West Exit Rosecrans Street ** very important ** stay in the far left hand turn lane. The very first left just as you come off the freeway is Moore St. Make a U-turn and pull into our parking lot. We're on the right hand side next to B&L Bikes (Formerly the Piano Exchange and The Candle Factory). Don't worry if you miss that first left!! Just do the following: Go down 2 lights to Kurtz Street and make a U-Turn. Come back up 2 blocks on Camino del Rio West. We're on the right hand side next to B&L Bikes (Formerly the Piano Exchange and The Candle Factory).
